Bolt manufacturing is mainly based on the principle of metal plastic deformation, using the die installed on the cold upsetting machine.

Cold heading process:
Cold heading belongs to bulk plastic forming at room temperature. The main deformation modes are upsetting, forward extrusion, backward extrusion, upsetting extrusion compound, trimming and so on.
Cold heading technology has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.
