Description

There are three common copper polishing methods as follows. Different copper parts use different polishing methods:

1. Copper chemical polishing, (commonly known as: copper liquid polishing) (traditionally called: pickling, which is prepared by three acids)

Due to the rapid development of technology now, environmentally friendly copper polishing agents have gradually replaced the original strong acid process.

This process is immersed: suitable for medium and small workpieces.

2. Manual polishing (commonly known as polishing), namely: sanding, polishing wheel, cloth wheel.

This process adopts the principle of physical grinding: it is suitable for large jobs and workpieces with simple appearance and structure.

3. Vibration polishing (vibration polishing), polishing with mechanical grinding or polishing with magnetic polishing machine.

Copper polishing steps:
Step 1: Put the copper parts into the copper high temperature oxide skin loosening agent and soak for 3-10 minutes.
Step 2: Take out the water and wash it clean, soak it in an environmentally friendly copper polishing tank for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Take it out and wash it with water, remove the film, and the surface is clean and bright.

By T/T, for samples 100% with the order; for production, 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arrangement, the balance to be paid before shipment.

Standard parts: 7-15days

Non-standard parts: 15-25days
