About this Waterproof Breathable Fabric, the base fabric is 210D nylon oxford in black color. Then finished with a very soft breathable coating.. So the fabric looks both elegant and modern. The coated quality can also be PU coating, milky coating, others. It is widely used for outwear like Winter Jacket or Wind Breaker . Can also be sued for military wear.
