1. leading edge paper feeding structure, independent drive,

optimized software algorithm to realize the pasting box at the

accurate millimeter precision, which greatly reduces the cleaning
and installation time in the production process and reduces waste;
Spraying points or lines can be selected to achieve small adhesive

3. The folding part adopts vacuum belt, which absorbs the whole
process, and the transmission of cardboard is completed by running
between the gap between the upper vacuum adsorption belt and the
lower belt, which can meet the needs of different cardboard
thickness gaps; After the cardboard parameters are input, the upper
and lower rails of the operation side and the power side and the
folding position of the cardboard will be automatically adjusted to
realize accurate folding; Secondary indentation mechanism, which is
used for secondary indentation of paperboard with poor indentation
quality in the previous process. The indentation wheel forms are
matched according to different cardboard.
4. The finishing and pushing department is composed of collection,
buffer finishing, stacking, pneumatic pushing and output
departments; Photoelectric sensing accurate paper technology can
set the number of cartons per bundle to 10~25. Buffer finishing
device makes the machine have enough time to stack and the cartons
are stacked neatly during high-speed operation.
5. The control system adopts 10-inch Siemens touch screen, fully
automatic computer control, high degree of automation, and all data
can be changed through parameter setting, which effectively saves
adjustment and order change time; Order memory function, realize
fast order conversion within 3-5 days; Support zeroing function and
fine tuning function.
6. This machine adopts all Siemens, with high stability,
intelligent one-button start and quick order change.
