This hot melt adhesive film is a thermplastic hot melt adhesive film, which is entrusted to release paper and can be repeatedly heated and plasticized for bonding. This ethylene vinyl acetate film has excellent adhesive to textiles and aluminum.

Hot Melt Adhesive Film Physical Characteristics:

DS019100R color is transparent, conventional thickness is 0.05mm,0.08mm,0.1mm,0.12mm,0.15mm,0.18mm and conventional width is 500mm,1000mm,1280mm,1480mm.

Recommended Bonding Conditions:

1, Bonding temperature and pressure as well as the time involved in the strength of the film to material. Bonding temperature must be close to the machine set the temperature, the pressure must be uniform, mold and pressure roller must be flat.
2, In different machinery and materials, the bonding conditions used will be different. The conditions marked here are only basic. The optimum bonding conditions should be made by creating suitable construction conditions for the particular applicationdamage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use the product.

There are a modified hot melt adhesive underwater granulation production line, it is mainly to meet the market demand for modification of different functional hot melt adhesives,fully automatic ultra-fine cryogenic grinding production line, with an annual output of 2,500 tons of powder hot melt adhesive,round knife combination die cutting and flat knife combination cross cutting and precision slip shaft winding and slitting machine and one set of composite unit.
