The machine is mainly composed of a frame, a water receiving tray, a protective cover, a waterway and a conventional transmission. (As shown in the picture) The power output by the motor is driven by the V-belt wheel to drive the worm gear reducer. After deceleration by the worm gear reducer, the output power is driven by the bevel gear to drive the main shaft to rotate, and the main shaft is mounted on it. The turntable rotates. Thereby, the bottle baskets on the loading turntable are rotated.

When working, the bottles to be rinsed are manually placed in the bottle basket on the turntable, and gradually enter the spraying area with the slow rotation of the turntable. This machine uses high-pressure water for internal and external washing, which can effectively clean all kinds of dirt on the inner and outer walls of the bottle. After a period of spraying, the bottle gradually turns out of the spraying area. The bottle is still manually removed and placed on the bottle conveyor to enter the next process.

This machine is mainly used for cleaning packaging bottles in liquor, honey, fruit wine, beverage, condiment and other liquid manufacturing industries. It can effectively spray and clean general dirt such as dust and stains on the inside and outside of the bottle. This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with other liquid packaging machinery.
