Introduction

This flotation machine is suitable for separating non-ferrous and ferrous metals as well as non metals such as fluorite and talc.The structure of flotation machine: this machine is mainly composed of pulp chute, mixing device, air charging system, mineralized bubble discharging device and electro motor.

The ground ore is mixed with water and necessary reagents during or after grinding, and after being adjusted into a slurry through a stirring tank, it is poured into the slurry tank where the stirring is started. Air is introduced into the pulp to form a large number of bubbles. Some mineral particles that are not easily wetted by water, that is, generally called hydrophobic, are attached to the bubbles and float together with the bubbles to the surface of the pulp to form a layer of mineralized bubbles. Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water, that is, generally called hydrophilic mineral particles, do not adhere to the bubbles, but stay in the slurry to discharge the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, so as to achieve the purpose of beneficiation.
