What is an Lifepo4?

LiFePo4 battery mean lithium Iron Phosphate battery which is a kind of lithium ion rechargeable battery. The single voltage is 3.2V and capacity can be 90mAH to 300AH.

LiFePo4 batteries are the safest lithium battery type currently avaliable on the market today. With characteristic of lighter weight, smaller size, longer cycle life, free maitainance, no pollution, no memory effect they can fully replace lead acid batteries and Ni-MH/Ni-CD batteries.

What is the advantage of plastic shell lifepo4 cells?

As plastic shell is more felexible than aluminum shells or steel shells. The cells will not swell but not explosion if there's any problem. So plastic shell cells is the safest cells.

Also, as they are heavier than aluminum cells, they are very suitable for marine, boat, yacht application.

Our factory is located in Dongguan Guangdong province which is in South of China.We have empolyed engineers and professional talents who been researching and producing lifepo4 batteries for over 10 years. And in 2017, we build our own pack production line to compose battery packs using our own cells. 

After improving and testing, now our lithium batteries are in perfect designing, high energy density and with long lifespan. We also developed high discharge rate prismatic cells, like 7AH which can bear 58C burst, which are widely used for motor cycle and car starting.

What's more, we developed a type of low temperature cells which can work extrem low temperature, maximium can work under -40°C.
