This type CNC control plasma cutting machine is special designed for HVAC Ducting or sheet metal process industry. It takes the advantages of both working in house and out site, and strictly meets the requirement of our customers. The frame is steady due to the use of standard steel welding pipes to guarantee the plasma cutting machine stable running. The high precision rails (in x- axes and y- axes) are all imported from Taiwan. The error between the two rails in x- axes is less than ±0.05 mm, and the uprightness error between x- axes and y- axes is less than ±0.05. The machining speed is from 1 to 26.4 meters per minute. It ensures the cutting quality.

l The plasma cutter machine Control system is consisted of the mainframe unit. Mainframe, CPU, Numerical control interface card, input/output interface card, etc.

l The Drive system is imported from Mitsubishi (Japan) with good heat dispersion, less fault, high resolving power in coder (4 times compared with medium-sized). It ensures the cutting quality.

l The automatic regulatory height system has two parts, capacitance series and arc press series.

l Air passage system is made from steady pneumatic reversing valve and magnetic pneumatic cylinder.

l Plasma generator on this machine is from HYPERTHERM (USA). It performances steady and ensures the cutting quality.

l Software for the plasma cutting machine can be optional, normally we have two software for client choice, Lantex software and software of PM2000.
