Thin Edge Slitting Scoring Machine, one of pre-printing equipment, is specially designed for dividing or slitting one big size corrugated cardboard into many small size pieces. It also equipped with creasing wheels and counter stacker.

The standard model of thin edge slitting scoring machine includes SP-BF2000/2500/3000. Also can customized other size according to customer’s requirement.

FEATURES

1. Sheet feed manually one by one.
2. Pre-creaser ensure the feeding smoothly, 6 shafts in one.
3. With thin edge knife (the thickness is 1 mm), the cutting edge of paper will be more beautiful and clean.
4. The polishing device can be automatically, and manual one is available.
5. Through the pre-creasing,slitting and then creasing, it improves the line pressing.
6. The feeding rollers is coated by the rubber to protect the surface of the paperboard.
7. The thin edge knives is driven by gear, and the bridge gear is made of plastic one for easy care.
