Introduction of R series machine

I. Summary

R series linear full electric PET bottle blow molding machine is a high speed automatic PET blower designed and developed with the most advanced bottle blowing technology at present, the advantages of which can be described as speedy, stable, simple, general purposed and environmental safe. It is mainly applicable in blow molding PET containers for water, beverage, juice, etc. The machine yields abundantly with high efficiency. The capacity of each cavity has been increased to 2600bph when the bottle size is equal to or less than 0.55L respectively, which can meet the high-end customer's requirements. Equipped with preform auto loading system, the machine works fully automatically with consistent performance and high speed, without any operator's interference during the whole processes. Accordingly, chance of contamination can be reduced manifestly, which assures the quality of products.

Performance and characteristics

1.The built-in continuous rotating infeed system effectively reduces the space occupied. The consistency of preform position streamlines the process.

2. 38mm pitched, more preforms are uninterruptedly heated within the same distance, which improves the efficiency and energy saving (energy saving can be up to 50%).

3. The thermostatic heating system ensure that the heating temperature of each preform surface and internal is uniform. Hinged oven holders make it easy for the operators to change infrared tubes and do maintenance.

4. The perform transfer system with grippers and the variable pitch system are both driven by the servo motors to ensure high speed and accurate preform handling between the two mechanism.

5. The Servo driven the molding mechanism, triggering off the linkage to the bottom mold. The application of high speed precision blowing valve unit helps to make high capacity.

6. The cooling system for the preform neck is equipped to ensure the preform neck does not deform during heating and blowing.

7. The high pressure blowing system is equipped with the air recycling device which may reduce the air consumption to achieve the energy-efficient and environmental safe.

8. Being highly intelligent, the machine is equipped with the units of preform temperature detection, leaking bottle detection and rejection as well as jammed air conveyor detection, ect, which ensures the machine work efficiently and stably.

9. Operation on the touch screen is simple and easy.

10.This series is widely used for making PET bottle for drinking water, carbonated soft drink, medium temperature filling drink, milk, edible oil, food, daily chemical……ect.
