Description

Chrome steel is chrome alloy carbon steel, not chrome steel. These balls are highly polished, with high precision and excellent surface finish. These balls are not magnetized and they will not be attracted to each other.

The chromium steel ball has precise geometry and excellent surface finish, making it particularly suitable for hub bearings, linear bearings, wind turbine bearings, slewing bearings and many other applications.

Although these chrome steel balls have good rust resistance, it is recommended to wipe them clean with a dry cloth and apply a layer of oil after use to make them have better rust resistance, thereby prolonging the service life and providing higher quality and durability, reducing replacement and maintenance costs.

Moreover, the company has advanced production equipment and perfect inspection instruments,including low speed cold headers, high speed cold headers, ball flashing machines, ball crushers, lapping machines and heat treatment devices, and it can further ensure the reliable product quality through the comprehensive inspection realized by Rockwell apparatus, electronic compression-testing machine, optical microscope, metallographic microscope, appearance profile meter, laser surface roughmeter, automatic appearance detector and steel ball vibration testing meter.
