• The production process

Wire pay-off (Spool repquered )→ Electrolytic acid pickling → Countercurrent rinsing → Water washing → Acid galvanizing → Water washing → Water washing→ Hot water washing → Drying → Wire take-up.

• Electrical control and other electrical equipment:

1. Electrical control cabinet.

The cabinet is equipped with ventilation and cooling devices. It is installed in the control room near the equipment to save cable costs. The control room must be rust-proof, acid-proof and air-conditioned. The cabinet is designed by the seller with two doors on both sides and sealed. The electrical components and cables are neatly arranged.

2. Relays and contactors use the Schneider brand. The insulation and protection of all electrical control devices can ensure that the circuit control system operates stably and safely when the temperature is <45 ° C and the relative humidity is 80%.

3. Pumps and motors:

Uses well-know Chinese pumps. The motor can be operated in acid, alkaline and medium media environments.

4. Operation panel:

According to the production line operation requirements, the main operation board and auxiliary operation board are used. A set of touch screens are used for the main operation panel, which displays the current, line speed, equipment temperature, and equipment status of the main motor, and is set near the kettle. The host operation panel uses a set of touch screens to display the main motor current, line speed, equipment temperature, equipment status, etc., and is set near the sink. The auxiliary operation panel is equipped with the necessary control and indication devices.

5. Power supply: 250-300 KW
