Bottle washing part:
This machine is a rotary rinsing machine, mainly used for rinsing
bottles of beverages, water and other products. The bottle enters
the equipment through the pull wheel, and the bottle mouth is
clamped by the clamp and the turning mechanism to turn the bottle
mouth down, rinsed with sterile water, drained, and automatically
turned over until the bottle mouth is up and transported to the
filling machine.
Transition wheel
1) The bottle clamp is used to replace the traditional dial wheel,
and there is no need to adjust the height of the equipment to
change the bottle shape, and there is no need to replace and adjust
any parts. Adapt to thinner and lighter bottle shapes, reduce
bottle manufacturing costs; the bottle neck dial is made of
stainless steel AISI304
2) Equipped with card bottle protection device
32 head hot Filling part:
1) The filling machine adopts Italian technology to make the
filling speed faster under the premise of meeting the required
liquid level for water filling.
2) The bottle lifting mechanism and other places use German igus
corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free bearings, which do not
need to be lubricated, which can avoid pollution of the bottle and
the material in the bottle and the filling environment.
3) The filling valve is made of AISI304 and is connected with
static and dynamic seals through stainless steel sanitary pipes.
The lifting mechanism realizes the ascent and descend under the
action of the cam, and the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve
to open the filling process.
4) The rotating disc is all made of stainless steel AISI304. The
power of the filling machine is transmitted through gears by the
transmission system in the frame. The support bearing is a large
flat toothed ball bearing, which runs smoothly and reliably. The
bearing part is equipped with multiple reliable waterproof
structures such as sealing ring and waterproof ring, which can
effectively prevent water on the table from penetrating into the
bearing
Capping part:
The capping machine is a single machine with precision in the
three-in-one machine, which has a great influence on the
reliability of the equipment operation and the defective rate of
the product. The characteristics of the capping machine produced by
our company are as follows:
1) The introduction of advanced French "ZALKIN" capping machine
technology, combined with the improvement of aseptic filling
machine production experience, and specially invited experts and
professors from the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Design
and Automation Technology of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of
Mechanical Engineering to assist in the design. For example: Ⅰ) The
capping lifting cam (the main component of the smoothness of the
capping operation). While adopting the "ZALKIN" technology, experts
and professors are invited to design its kinematics and dynamics,
which greatly improves the capping machine's performance. Smooth
operation and reliability of use. Ⅱ) The capping head is the main
component of the reliability of the capping effect. The cap torque
is more accurate, the capping effect is more reliable, and the
capping defective rate can be better reduced.
2) The capping machine is equipped with a bottle inlet detection
switch, and the cap locking cylinder at the connection between the
cap drop guide and the cap dial controls the discharge of the cap,
which ensures that the cap is stopped when there is no bottle and
reduces the loss of the user's cap.
3) A set of photoelectric switches are installed on the
cap-dropping guide rail. When there is no cap on the cap-dropping
guide rail, the machine will automatically stop and alarm, which
can effectively avoid the appearance of uncapped bottles.
4) The anti-rotation knife adopts imported materials, which makes
the effect and service life far better than similar products.
