This products family is aimed at dust removal and disinfection processes using UV light, cleanly, quickly and . without wastes. Thanks to the fans in the equipment and the high induction nozzles, dust is removed with great efficiency and collected in the equipment's filters.

The PASS BOX TUNNEL AIR SHOWER is the solution for automatically passing boxes and bags througha continuous tunnel on a roller conveyor. It includes an air shower system for dust removal, functioning with high efficiency EC fans and an interior system of high induction nozzles made of POM. This equipment can be ftted with UV lamps for the simultaneous disinfection of the load.

Applications: Pharmaceutical, veterinary, food, biotechnology and research, areas classifed as per ISO14644, GMP, FDA, BRC, IPS, etc.

Is it possible to alter the settings on the air shower?

Our air showers allow the operator flexibility to program numerous settings using an easy-to-use touch-screen control panel. You can easily set operationcycle times, entrance/exit delays, when the lights turn off/on, and more.

Testing in factory:

All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards before shipment.

Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Warranty:

The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding consumable parts and accessories.
