1. Describe:

Jiangnan silica cloth has extremely high temperature resistance and fire resistance. Medium silicone fiber refractory fiber is a high temperature inorganic fiber, the silica content (SiO2) content of more than 70%, softening point close to 1700 ℃, long-term use at 900 ℃, 1450 ℃ for 10 minutes, 1600 ℃ Workbench under the conditions of 15 seconds remain intact. 3. How to dentification of middle temperature silica cloth and high silica cloth

Due to the chaotic Chinese market, many manufacturers without production qualifications will use medium silica instead of high silica. Due to these two kind of cloth are very similar apperance of both silica cloth. It is hard to identify them by eyes.

High silica fabrics has more than 97% SiO2, but Medium silica cloth approx 70%

put a jet fire on the cloth for one minute, high silica cloth keep no change, but medium cloth turns brittle.
