Product Description

This production line (shot blasting) is mainly used for steel plate shot blasting, rust removal and painting, cleaning of structural parts and cleaning of oxide scale. In addition, the production line (shot blasting) is also used to clean the oxide scale and residual coating of other metal parts.

Paint spray pump system

The paint spraying system is composed of a high-pressure airless paint spraying pump, a pneumatic agitator, a paint filter and pipelines, etc. It is installed in the paint pump room (paint mixing room), and the paint spraying pump system is connected to the paint spraying room by the pipeline. There is a paint mixing drum in the paint pump room, and a fixed pneumatic agitator is installed on the upper cover. And is equipped with a manual mixer to facilitate the needs of small-volume spray paint.

Drying room.

The drying chamber adopts the principle of hot air circulation drying, which is heated by natural gas to generate heat through heat exchange. After the steel plate is dried in the drying room, the surface paint film can reach the finger dry state.
