Since the production of biological fertilizers is based on organic
matter, the cellulose is high, the forming conditions are poor, and
the living bacteria with the function of fertilizer are added, the
production process is not suitable for high temperature exposure.
Disc granulation, extrusion and new granulation methods are adopted
in the material preparation method. Because these three processes
require high pulverization of raw materials and high granulation
water content, the general water content should reach about 30%.
The water content is low, the drying load is small, the loss of
effective bacteria can be reduced, the dust is small, and the
operating environment is better. The raw materials enter the
granulator, add appropriate amount of water or steam, and bond them
into granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the
dryer through the belt conveyor for drying. The particle diameter
is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is greater than 70%.
The new type of organic fertilizer granulator, also known as the
stirring tooth granulator, is a new type of granulation equipment
of our company. It is used to granulate various organic substances
after fermentation, breaking through the conventional organic
fertilizer granulation process. The raw materials are dried and
crushed, and spherical particles can be processed by direct
ingredients, which can save a lot of energy. The produced particles
are spherical and have high organic content, which can realize
organic granulation. Utilizing the feature that organic particles
can be embedded in each other for a long time under the action of
centrifugal force, no binder is needed when granulating. The
granules are solid and can be screened after granulation, reducing
drying energy consumption. The organic matter after fermentation
does not need to be dried, and the moisture content of the raw
material can be about 20%-40%.
