Introduction
Trough Screw Conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment for continuously conveying powder, granular and dry bulk materials.It is composed of bearing seat, spiral blade, spiral shaft, suspension bearing, conveyor housing and transmission device. Single or combination of multiple screw equipment can be used to integrate with each other to meet particular on-site requirements. It has trough type tube with multiple inlets and outlets, which also has inclination angle of maximum 20°. The rotation of the blade is started by the motor, and then the material is transported to the outlet along the spiral line.

Application

Screw conveyor machine is widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal charcoal, grain and other industries. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small block materials with horizontally or inclined, such as coal, ash, slag, cement and grain. Etc., the material temperature is less than 200 °C. Screw conveyor machines are not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, viscous, and agglomerate. In the concrete mixing station, the role of the screw conveyor is the biggest manifestation.
