Production process:
High Alumina Fire Brick Refractory Material Brick are mainly made from chamotte, being high pressure pressed and
sintered in high temperature. Main minerals compositions are
mullite phases. These products are widely used in all parts of
furnace lining for middle and small capacity blast furnaces because
of their excellent physical and chemical properties in high
temperature. It also can be used in lining for other kinds of
furnace.
Production practice proves that high-alumina clinker is strictly
selected and classified before crushing, and is stored in tiers.
The co-fine grinding method of bauxite clinker and combined clay
can improve the quality of high-alumina refractory brick
