Flatbread production line is quite multifunctional for wide variety of flatbread producing, such as pizza base, pita,tortilla, roti, chappti etc,

The thickness and diameter are adjustable for different flatbread.

SAIMAI can supply the turnkey solution for complete flatbread line that include dough mixer, flatbread processing line, proofer, tunnel oven, cooling system and packaging machine are available.

One set of make-up line include mixing, bowl lifter, dough sheeting and flatbread cutter, after that, the flatbread are transported to special designed multi-tier tunnel oven to bake in short time and cooled by multi-layer cooling conveyor before packaging.
