The depanner can be connected with automatic cakes or breads production line, able to handle a medium –high production capacity.

1. Needle depanner is available according to the product type.

2. Rapid release tool system is equipped for a quick product-type change.

3. Depanning plates equipped with trolley for safe handling and storage.

Working principle:

1. The depanner works according to the mechanic –cylinder principle. The depanner is installed in the baking tray conveyor system. Depending on the capacity, products of more baking trays are taken at the same time.

2. The products are taken by needles. These needles are installed on an exchangeable plate. The depanning head is pneumatically vertically moved during the picking and the placing of the products. The horizontal movement of the depanning head is done by a frequency-controlled drive.
