PVC Coated Galfan Gabion Box For Retaining Wall Protection Galvanized Gabion Mesh

Galvanized Gabion Mesh Information:

Gabions made from a hexagonal double twisted wire mesh with the mesh type 80x100mm and 100x120mm.

Gabion boxes are filled with natural stones at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as Retaining walls, sea walls, channel lining, revetments, and wires for erosion control projects.
The diaphragm assure minimum stone migration within the basket, thus gives strength to the container to retain its original shape and does not unravel or unzip in adverse conditions. Woven units can also be easily amended on site and shaped to suit project requirements.
The wire used to manufacture the Double twisted Hexagonal wire mesh is soft annealed, low carbon content mild steel wire provided with heavy coating galvanizes as per EN 10244/ASTM A 641 to prevent corrosion. In case of use in aggressive environments, it is further extruded with 0.5mm thick PVC Coating. The PVC coating is UV stabilized as per ASTM A 975.

5. Gabion box lacing wire: 2.2mm, 5% of gabion weight
6. Gabion box Zinc coating: 225-275g/m2 according to EN 10224-2
7. Gabion box size: 1x1x1m, 2X1X0.5m, 2X1X1m, 3X1X1m, 4X2X0.5m, 6X2X0.3m
8. Gabion box Steel according to EN 102182, Tensile strength between 380N/mm2 and 500N/mm2
