ERW steel pipe is a straight seam electric resistance welded pipe, abbreviated as ERW pipe, which is a round pipe welded by steel plates. Huayang use advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines, British CT METORI digital controllers, one φ114.3mm-φ168.3mm ERW steel production line, three φ219mm-φ426mm ERW steel pipe production line, one φ426mm-φ660mm ERW steel pipe production line, one JCOE production lines for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-50mm. In 2018, we build a new advanced RBE production line for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-30mm.

Twenty φ245mm-φ820mm thermal expansion pipe production lines, we have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.
