Common faults and maintenance methods of drilling rig:

Fault 1: The pressure of the hydraulic system of the drilling rig is insufficient, and the pressure regulating valve is tired. The limit nut shall be adjusted or the spring shall be replaced.
Fault 2: The drilling rig coupling is hot and the elastic ring is excessively worn; The reason is that the coaxiality between the drill power machine and the clutch is poor, and the assembly coaxiality needs to be improved;
Fault 3. If the oil pump of the drilling rig does not fill or the oil quantity is insufficient after starting, first check the oil quantity in the oil tank and fill it to the oil level line. If the fault is still not eliminated, check whether the filter is blocked. In addition, check whether the oil tank vent is blocked, or the oil suction pipe joint is loose and air intake and other reasons;
Fault 4. The holding brake of the winch of the drilling rig slips. The main reason is that there is oil dirt in the holding brake belt, which needs to be removed; If there is no oil stain, check the clearance between the brake belt and brake wheel, and properly tighten it if it is too loose;
