Machine description

The machine is designed to the production of the flat masks. After being fed into the machine, the entire roll of cloth is unrolled through roller driver and then the edge of the cloth is welded. Then, the nose wire coil is unpacked, cut, automatically folded, and welded. After being cut and formed, the masks are conveyed to ear-loop welding post to be welded. The finished masks are conveyed through conveyor belt for collection.

Machine advantages

The machine adopts ultrasonic melting technology and the operation needs one staff only. The machine is fully automatic. Its production process includes material feeding, nose wire inserting, edge welding, and product cutting. The framework structure of the machine is aluminum, which enables rust-free, durable, attractive and easy to clean. The machine adopts PLC control system and is equipped with pneumatic components of international brands.
