Introduction

For the owner, it takes a lot of courage to redesign the project after half process of the construction, because a lot of sunk costs have been invested. In order to reduce the loss of the owner, the engineers of ZK Corp fully took advantage of the original building and terrain features on the site. While adjusting the production process, the original useless buildings and terrain were cleverly integrated into the new scheme, and the equipment was scientifically rational The layout not only greatly simplifies the production process, the equipment layout is also very compact, and the second design and construction are realized on the limited land, which not only meets the customer's process requirements, but also saves land costs and production costs.

The service scope of ZK Corp includes the following contents: limestone raw material storage and transportation screening system, preheating calcination cooling system, finished product storage and transportation system, coal powder preparation system, environmental dust removal system, tail gas dust removal desulfurization deodorization system, circulating water system One-stop technical services including process design of electrical automation control system, plant planning, equipment supply, equipment installation and commissioning, after-sales training, etc.

The company is located in Qiaolou Caizhai Industrial Zone, West 5th Ring Road, Zhengzhou City, covering a land area of more than 80000 m², with workshop area of more than 60000 m², and office area of more than 5000 m². There are 6 modern workshops, 5 heavy workshops, equipped with the largest boring and milling machine, gear hobbing machine, vertical lathe, crane and other heavy equipment in Zhengzhou region, and more than 300 sets of manufacturing equipment. This enables us to independently complete the process system and large-to-medium equipment manufacturing. ZK has its own process experimental workshop, and testing & analysis center, capable of conducting pilot tests and data analysis for solid waste and hazardous waste treatment, building materials, metallurgical materials etc. These facilities allow us to provide process package, provide strong engineering and technical support for project engineering and construction, and ensure the successful execution of customer projects.

ZK  Zhengzhou Office is located in the Science and Technology Park of National University, the West Third Ring Road of Zhengzhou City, which includes the Oversea Business Department, E-commerce Department, Domestic Business Department, R&D Center, with an office area of more than 1500 m².
