Project information:
We Design & Fabrication & Construction two prefab steel structure
warehouse as Logistics Warehouse Buildings , the size of each warehouse is 15,000m2. The main steel frame
structure is consisted of H-section steel beam and column that is
fabrication in our steel structure fabrication factory then
transport to the construction site for installation. This Logistics Warehouse Buildings is near the Qingdao port. It is used
for the logistics and storage of the internation cargo in Qingdao
port.
We could contract the projects such as prefabricated steel

chicken shed, car parking, showroom, office buildings, gym,
dormitory building, high rise steel residence buildings,

Why choose prefab steel structure buildings?
1 | Light weight, high strength and large span: | Although the density of steel is larger than other building
materials, its strength is very high. Under the same force
condition, the steel structure has small weight and can be made
into a structure with a large span. |
2 | Short construction period | The main components of the plant are prefabricated in the factory.
After being transported to the site, the installation is carried
out, and the assembly work is convenient. |
3 | High fire resistance | When the surface temperature of steel is within 150 °C, its
strength changes little. When the temperature exceeds 150 °C, its
strength drops significantly. Fire-retardant coatings are generally
applied to the surface of the steel structure to form a protective
film that enhances the fire endurance of the component. Of course,
the reasonable division of the fire compartment is also very
important for the use of fire shutters. |
4 | Anti-seepage and waterproof | the infiltration of rainwater is mainly through nodes or gaps. To
prevent seepage and waterproof, it is necessary to use concealed
fixing after the sealing gasket is used at the screw mouth, and
sealant or welding treatment is used at the joint of the plate. It
is good to use a long plate to eliminate the lap joint, and the
swell is tightly waterproofed at various joints. |
5 | Sound insulation | Fill the metal roofing layer with soundproofing material (usually
glass wool), or apply heat-reflective coating on the metal tile
surface. |
6 | Ventilation and cooling | Generally high-architecture workshops, no extra-high-power heating
equipment, personnel are not very dense, and there is no odor or
dust. The roof fan + gas building can be used. For steel structures
with higher structure and larger span, the best is to install a
large exhaust fan on the roof to exhaust the air; to form indoor
negative pressure; press a lot of fresh air into the workshop from
the surrounding of the workshop to form air. Convection; the effect
is better. |
7 | Good lighting | Install lighting panels or lighting glass at specific locations on
the roof. Considering the service life of the sunroof and the
coordination of the roof panels, the joints must be waterproof. |
