Wear products Wear bars and blocks
Can be formed and welded onto flat or curved surfaces. This allows them to be used on a range of fixed plant and mobile equipment such as buckets and chute liners. Available in 25mm and 100mm thicknesses.
We carry a wide range of cast white iron block and plate materials. The blocks and plates are popular in replacing hard faced and clad plate areas. They can be fitted by studding, bolting systems such as Fish tail bolts or by welding to the mild steel back. These blocks and plates can last up to 6 times the normal life of traditional wear plate systems.
