ND Yag laser Working Principle

Using high-energy of laser instantaneous emission so as to works on the target tissue, effectively crushed and dispel lesions in the organization of the pigment, that is to say, laser blasting and pyrolysis principle.
Laser by stimulated emission in a very short time instantly penetrate the epidermis to reach the diseased tissue , after pigment groups instantly absorb highenergy, it will swell rapidly and then rupture instantly. The skin surface is crushed sputtering to the outerepidermis, basal tissue inside pigment groups is swallowed by macrophages, and they will discharge out of body by lymphoid tissue.

Because the laser is a fixed wavelength of light, under the premise of the use of appropriate energy, the laser only acting on pigmented lesions, but it does almost no damage to normal skin.

The energy of Q-switched ND: YAG laser can be absorbed by the blue and black melanin. The melanin will be fragmented so small that they can be metabolized by the lymphatic system or egested out of body. It is advised to use 1064 nm head for normal spot and nevus treatment, but for deep color spot and nevus, it is better to use 532nm head for treatment. It should have a 15-30days interval to continue next treatment until remove all.
