Description of 450BPH water Barrel filling equipment for PC / PET 5 Gallon bottle

This 450BPH water Barrel filling equipment is mainly used to produce bottled water with volume from 3 gallon to 5 gallon. It consist of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, air tank, transmission machine, electric machine, can finish empty barrel washing , filling , capping through several washing , fit quantify filling and auto wear lid and capping. The whole working process was control by PLC, realize stability washing effect, accurate filling capacity and perfect capping effect.

Rinsing part
The bottle washes through five stations. The first station is cleaned and disinfected with chlorine dioxide (CLO2). The flushing time is adjustable. The first station time is 12S, the second station is 12S, and the third station is 12S. The fourth station is pure water cleaning, the time can be adjusted according to the demand, and the fifth station is to dry the residual moisture in the rinsed barrel.

Filling part
The cleaned bucket is transported by the chain conveying mechanism and falls on the bucket mechanism. The bucket mechanism will correct the empty bucket, the filling valve is pressed, and the filling is started. The filling time can be adjusted according to the flow rate of the filling pump.

Cover part
When the filling is completed, the bucket driving mechanism sends the bucket filled with water to the cover of the capping machine, and when the capped cap is transferred to the capping mechanism, the capping cylinder presses the cap, and thus, a washing and washing The cycle is completed.
