Partition Production Process

1: Aluminum, double round pipe, double transmission rod and other hardware parts assembled together, forming a basic frame of the door, the frame is the foundation, the most important process of the entire partition wall board

2: Soundproof cotton is filled in the door panel, so that the partition wallboard has a more three-dimensional feeling, the sound of knocking the door panel is smaller, while playing an effective sound insulation effect

3: Each wallboard shall be packaged on the second floor, with bubble film inside, effectively protecting the partition wallboard and outsourcing paper to prevent it from being scraped.
