Lifter TCK magnetic switch series
TCK series magnetic switch is used for mine single rope and
multi-rope hoist as wellbore switch, also suitable for other
mechanical equipment.
The TCK series of magnetic switches are non-mechanical contact
magnetic proximity switches. It consists of a magnetic sensor and
an electronic circuit and an output switch. When the magnetic
detector permanent magnet enters the sensing area of the TCK switch
magnetic sensor, the TCK switch acts and outputs a switching signal
by the action of the magnetic field. The output signal reflects the
position and direction of movement of the detector and acts as a
stroke control signal for the control system.
TCK series magnetic switches are available in two types and four
types of general-purpose and explosion-proof special types:
The block diagram of the TCK magnetic switch is shown in Figure 1.
They use sensitive and reliable magnetic sensors and
microelectronics with high magnetic sensitivity, high resolution
and wide response frequency. The circuit design adopts redundant
structure and high anti-interference technology, and adopts
switching power supply. The power supply voltage is 50-60Hz
85~265VAC. All circuits are cured by epoxy resin in cast aluminum
or cast copper switch housings, fully sealed, waterproof and
resistant. TCK magnetic switch has adopted a series of advanced
design techniques and process technologies, so it has achieved high
technical indexes and performance, and is suitable for various
mines. There is no need to repair in the mine shaft. There are two
methods for safely using the TCK magnetic switch on the mine single
rope and multi-rope hoist: permanent magnet magnetic field source
method and wire rope magnetic field source method. Both of these
uses directly detect where the lifting container is actually
located. Both methods can be used at the same time, with electrical
control equipment to ensure safe and accurate operation of the
hoist. This note focuses on these two methods of use.
TCK-1 type magnetic switch;
TCK-2 type magnetic switch;
TCK-3 and TCK-4 retaining magnetic switches.
TCK-1 type magnetic switch, when the external S magnetic field acts
on the magnetic sensor, the switch operates and converts for 2
seconds.

applies to other mechanical equipment. |
When it is stationary, it is in the transition state, and it loses
the magnetic field and is automatically reset. Similar to the
general mechanical momentary action type push button switch, the
press is converted, and the release is automatically reset.
The TCK-2 magnetic switch recognizes the direction of magnetic
field motion. When the magnetic sensor detects the external
magnetic field in the N-S pole direction, the switch acts and
switches for 2 seconds. When the zero crossing is still, it is in
the transition state, and the external magnetic field is lost, and
the reset is automatically performed. The S-N pole direction
magnetic field zero crossing does not convert.
TCK-3 and TCK-4 retaining magnetic switches have different magnetic
fields.
The TCK-3 retaining magnetic switch has two states that can be
maintained. When the external S-pole magnetic field acts on the
magnetic sensor from bottom to top, the switch-switching movable
contact is turned on with the upper end, indicating that the red
light is on, and this state is maintained. This state is maintained
even if the external magnetic field is lost, the switch is powered
on, or the power is lost. When the external S-pole magnetic field
acts on the magnetic sensor from top to bottom, the switching
movable contact is connected to the lower end, indicating that the
green light is on, and remains in this state until the next time
from bottom to top. The S-pole magnetic field acts on the type 3
magnetic switch. The magnetic switch switches and can maintain
various states, similar to the force of the mechanical toggle
switch.
TCK-4 type hold type magnetic switch, when the magnetic sensor
detects the external action magnetic field N-S pole direction
magnetic field zero crossing, the switch switch moving contact is
connected with the upper end, indicating that the red light is on,
this state is maintained. When the external magnetic field S-N pole
direction magnetic field crosses zero, the switch converts the
movable contact to the lower end to indicate that the green light
is on and keeps this state. The TCK-4 type magnetic switch has an
accurate narrow-field magnetic field zero-crossing conversion
characteristic and high positioning accuracy.
