2000 litre double cone rotary vacuum dryer with sintered filter can mix and dry the powder, crystal material and granule material in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, metallurgy industry, construction, etc. It can also be used for the concentration of the liquor, disinfection and germicide of the material. The moisture of the material can be dried to be lower than 0.5%.

2000 litre double cone rotary vacuum dryer with sintered filter can save energy sources with low labor and high efficiency, and it only needs 2-4 hours to dry the material (<40% humidity).

Principle of Working

Put the material in the vacuum and heat the material indirectly by the fixture coat.

When dried, it rotates slowly, and refreshes the heating surface continuously to enhance the dry speed. The vacuum pump can absorb the moisture continuously and the steam impregnate can be reclaimed by the cooler.

Notes : 1. The above-mentioned parameters are calculated based on material density 0.6g./cm3.if for reference only.

2. For raw material, if its volume has great change before and after dry, then its filling coefficient may be increased or decreased suitably.

3. Speed adjusting motor of 0~6rpm for optional according to user’s requirement.

If certificate for pressure vessel is requirement, please point out.

if glass lining for interior surface is requirement, please point out.

If the material is explosive, or flammable, the calculation should be made according to trial result.1. If material has larger specific weight, it shall be noted upon placing the order.
