The Mitsubishi MR-J4-200A (MRJ4200A) is a melservo servo amplifier from the MELSERVO MR-J4 series whose output wattage of 2kW. The servo amplifier’s output has 3-phases voltage of 170VAC and a rated current of 11.0A. The main circuit power supply input whose voltage is only 3-phase between 200 to 240VAC and a frequency of 50/60Hz with a rated current of 10.5A. The permissible voltage fluctuation for the MR-J4-200A is likewise 3-phases of 170 to 264VAC. The frequency fluctuation is +5% of -5% of 50/60Hz. The control circuit power supply of the servo amplifier is exactly the same as the main circuit power supply apart from the fact the former has only one phase. The control circuit of the MR-J4-200A servo amplifier has a power consumption of 30W and an inrush current spanning from 20 to 30A.
There are seven interfaces on the MR-J4-200A servo amplifier. The CN1 interface is suitable for to connect to a junctional terminal block made by the CN1 connector. The CN2 connects to an encoder cable which attaches to the encoder in a servo motor. Servo motors compatible with the MR-J4-200A are the four rotary servo motor. The CN3 is able to link to a personal computer, and may now be able to use a RS-422 communication. The CN5 interface attaches by a cable to a personal computer that can pillar a MR Configurator2. The MR-J4-200A amplifier’s CN8 interface may hitch itself to a safety relay or with a MR-J3-D05 safety logic unit.
