4-73 series boiler centrifugal fans are applicable to industrial boiler that burns a variety of media and equipped with devices to reduce smoke and dust. The conveying gas temp 250°C. The drive means of this fan has C-type and D-type two kinds with water-cool, bearing base and air volume regulating door, If a de-oscillator is chosen, the user can lace the fan in the concrete plane. Standards and Codes
The design and manufacturing of the fan shall comply with JB/T 10563-2006 Technical Specification for General Purposes Centrifugal Fans; The wheel dynamic balancing test shall comply with JB/T 9101-1999 Fan Rotor Balance; The wheel overspeed test shall comply with JB/T 6445-2005 Overspeed Test for Industrial Fan Impeller; The air performance test shall comply with JB/T AMCA 210-99 Laboratory Methods of Testing Fans for Aerodynamic Performance Rating. The welding technique shall comply with JB/T 10213-2000 Technical Specification for Fan Welding Inspection; The fan safety shall comply with GB/T 19074-2003 Industrial fans--Mechanical safety of fans--Guarding.
Wheel
The wheel shall be of the backward curved centrifugal steel type and all welded. The wheel shall be statically and dynamically balanced up to ISO 1940-G4.0 standard. Stable airflow and low sound should be ensured as the wheel is operating at the maximum allowable speed. Drop in performance shall be avoided as the operating point moves up or down. The wheel shall be readily removable for cleaning or maintenance.
Fan Housing
The fan housing shall be constructed of steel and it shall be thick and strong enough to withstand the maximum operating weight of the fan. The housing shall be continuously welded and have an access door for removing possible foreign bodies.
Inlet
The inlet shall be designed in line with aerodynamics. It shall be streamlined for better airflow movement and efficiency, reducing turbulence and sound.

A: Air flow, total pressure or static pressure, inlet temperature, local voltage and frequency, Altitude etc.If there is flammable and explosive gas, or big dust loading in the medium, please also inform the designer.

A: Yes, customized logo and design on mass products are available.(It can’t constitute infringement)

Q3: What is the delivery term for making business?
A: In general, we send the shipment in FOB term. However, the terms of CIF and C&F are acceptable which depends on the preference of the client.
