Conclusion

For carrier bags which need strong tensile strength performance, we recommend customers to use HDPE. Also, if the printing effect is not very important, we recommend customers to use HDPE instead of LDPE, Because we can reduce the bag's thickness to save cost.

‚For large and medium size bags such as gift bag and promotional bags which need good printing, we recommend customers to use LDPE(mostly combined with LDPE). Because LDPE has perfect conjunction of both printing and tensile strength performance.

ƒ For small-scale bags and sheets such as flower sleeve and ornament bag which needs strict printing looking, we recommend customers to use PP or BOPP.

II. Printing

Our Gravure printing can print up to 8 colors,and offset printing can printing up to 4colors. For order over 200,000 pcs,we recommend clients to use gravure printing, Because the printing is much more better and the copperplate charge is refundable
