BS pulverizer machine consists of three parts: main engine, auxiliary machine and electronic control box. It has the characteristics of wind selection, no screen or mesh, and the granularity of processing materials is uniform.
With hammer type knife, this machine has a very good effect for grinding spices,Chinese herbs,cassava,grains and other materials which are widely applied in food,chemical,pharmacetuical industries.

Working method:

The machine is made up of five parts: crusher part,cyclone,dust collecting box,blower and control box. It uses the relative motion between the fixed plate and the movable hammer to make the material impacted and broken under the action of centrifugal force. There is screen mesh in mill chamber,if the particle is smaller than the hole size of screen mesh, it will pass the screen mesh and get out of the mill chamber by centrifuge force.If not, the particle will continue to be crushed in the mill chamber.

The parts contacted with crushed materials are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance. The shell is fully enclosed for easy cleaning. The interior walls are treated to achieve uniformity and smoothness of the surface, thus ensuring that the production of pharmaceutical, food and chemical materials, more in line with the national "GMP" standard.
