Working Principle

Cyclone bag Dust Collector is a dry dust filter facility filtering dust-contained gas with adoption of fiber-fabric filtering effect.
After such dust-contained gas enters bag dust collector, dusts with large particles and large proportions will drop down and fall into ash bucket due to with gravity effect.

After gases with fine dusts will pass through filter material, such dust will be
retained for making them purified.

Use and characteristics:

1. Cyclone bag-type dust collector is a kind of dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing small, dry, non-fibrous dust.

2. The filter bag is made from textile of filter cloth or non-texile of filt.

3. Filter dusty gas with fiber fabric. When dusty gas get into gilter bag, the stive of coarse and large gravity will fall into ash bucket. When it filter the gas with small ash, the ash will be intercepted and then get the clean gas.
