Description

Single-phase/ three-phase squirrel cage induction motor with in-line shaft design. Directly matched with the corresponding pump, it can be closely matched with the oil pump without the need for a pump sleeve coupling.

The mating surface of the motor and the pump is processed with high precision, and it is coaxial with the pump. As a result, it requires no professional installation, stable operation, low noise, and low heat.

The hydraulic series is complete and can be matched with the hydraulic pumps of all manufacturers on the market, and particular specifications can be customized according to customer needs.

Note

1. Be sure to correct concentricity during installation, allow 0.1mm deviation

Put the motor in the axial direction, but the flat key of the oil pump and apply a little butter, and slowly insert it into the motor. Could you pay attention to it?

2. Avoid dust and foreign matter during installation

After fully inserting the oil pump, the few screws that are locked should not be too tight, which is almost enough. Lock the screwdriver and turn it from the motor blades to see if it is smooth. If it is too close, adjust the screws of the oil pump. Too close will make noise

3. After installation, determine the direction of rotation of the motor and correct the concentricity again
