Product Description

The vibration aerator is a flexible membrane type. Each aerator consists of a high-pressure injection-molded corrosion-resistant, high-strength nylon engineering plastic chassis and a special synthetic rubber membrane with a long service life. The lower part of the vibration aerator has air discharge ports that can prevent scaling. It can automatically clean between the membrane and the chassis. The baffle on the chassis can ensure that the air is evenly distributed around the membrane. The membrane is designed to have a check valve, which functions to ensure that when the air flow is stopped, the debris and liquid entering the air pipe are reduced to a minimum. The bumps on the chassis cooperate with the special-shaped notches on the membrane to reduce the high pressure air loss of the membrane. All the intersections of the chassis have appropriate radii to eliminate fatigue fracture and external stress fracture under all usage loads.
