Descriptions of Full-Auto Mortar Plant:
1. Dry mortar production line (or dry mortar machine) is a set of
machinery that produces dry mortar for construction industry and
other uses.
2. Full Automatic Dry mortar mix plant mainly produces ordinary
premixed dry mortar and special dry mortar. The whole mortar
production line includes Mixing machine, Drying system, Screening
system, Measuring system, Bulk and Packing system, Dedusting
system, Electrical system and Spot agitation tank.
3. It can be adopted in production processes of special mortar,
ordinary cement mortar, anti-crack mortar, thermal mortar, energy
saving wall materials, etc.

Raw Materials:
1. Cementing material: cement, lime, plaster.
2. Aggregate: yellow sand, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite,
expanded perlite etc.
3. Mineral admixture: industrial byproduct, industrial slag, fly
ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.
4. Water-retention and thickening material.
5. Chemical additives.
Working Flows of Dry Mortar Plant:
a. The mechanism sand or natural river sand/quartz sand that meets
the production demand by sand making machine or sand dryer is
temporarily stored in the sand pool or mentioned in the cement tank
by the sand bucket elevator, cement, fly ash Waiting through the
pump truck to hit the cement tank, cement pump is connected under
the cement tank, the material is transported into the batching
bucket, the batching system completes the formula quality ratio
ingredients under the control of the power cabinet electrical
components, and the bucket is finished after the batching is
completed.
b. The hoist passes the product to be mixed, the double-shaft
gravityless mixer, the secondary mixing finished product warehouse,
the computer weighing packaging machine to complete the production
and packaging of the product, and the continuous assembly line
operation, 35 workers can save labor and high efficiency. The
output can reach 100 tons, 200 tons, 300 tons, 400 tons, 500 tons,
600 tons, 800 tons, 1000 tons.
c. For the customers who have the bulk requirements for the
production of masonry mortar and plastering mortar, the finished
materials enter the secondary mixing warehouse.
d. After that, the finished material can be lifted into the cement
tank for storing the finished product by the bucket elevator, and
the bulk discharge tank of the cement tank is equipped with the
bulk machine to realize the direct loading of the bulk tanker to
the construction site. On-site site can be equipped with
ready-mixed mortar on-site mixing tank to achieve mixing with
water.
