Brief introduction of fresh cassava crushing process

Feedstock of fresh cassava is delivered to the hopper by the loader, through the bottom vibration feeder to feed into the iron-removal belt conveyor uniformly, then the cassava enter into the drum cleaning machine. After cleaning, the fresh cassava enters into the slicer. After slicing, the sliced cassava is sent to the fresh cassava hammer mill by belt scale and belt conveyor (the primary and secondary crushing can be adopted based on the situation of the fresh cassava). The process water is added from the inlet of the crusher, the water addition is controlled by computer, the ratio of material and water can be controlled automatically, the mixed slurry flows into the slurry pool.
