Introduction

Fixed belt conveyor mainly consists of tensioning device, supporting roller and frame, conveyor belt, cleaning device, brake device, tail and head transmission device. It refers to a mechanical way of transporting materials as a load bearing and traction mechanism. The conveyor belt of the stationary belt machine passes through the tensioning device under the action of external forces and is continuously loaded by the feeding device. The conveyor belt is connected without discontinuous circulation to ensure continuous transportation, and its upper and lower parts are supported by idlers. As its transportation depends on the friction between the conveyor belt and the roller, there is an auxiliary tension device.
