This automatic stepper motor stator winding machine adopt needle coil winding technology, is suitable for the electric motor manufacturing in the fields of industry, aerospace, precision measurement, medical, automotive and other fields, such as tracking instruments, communications and radar, robots, power tools, printers, disk drives, electric toys, wipers, vibration pagers, Robotic arms and video recorders.

(2) Introduction and Characteristics:
1. The stator needle winding machine is Mainly used for BLDC stepper motor stator coil winding.
2. The stator coil winding process can realize Multiple taps (screen setting),Wire clamping and wire cutting, line part structure compact, wire clamping and wire cutting is completed at one time
3. Adopt needle coil winding method, Each action cycle can wrap 2 stators, greatly improving the production efficiency.
4. Manual loading and unloading, automatic clamping, winding and shearing；
5. During the stator winding process, manually feeding, automatic clamping mold, than reduce the labor intensity.
6. Can quickly replace different types of molds; (experienced in 20 minutes to complete)
7. Tooling and fixture parts adopt downward positioning mode, stable positioning and reliable tightening.
8. Different stator and winding parameters can be quickly switched through the HMI to adapt to the requirements of different stators.
9. Full aluminum alloy protection
10. Electrical control, setting and display by PLC, Fault display function, display and servo motor are safe and reliable.
