This is the volute of the ZJ series produced by our factory.
ZJ series slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction,
centrifugal slurry pump designed by our factory. This series of
pump over-current components are made of high-hard alloy cast iron,
which has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which
improves the service life of the pump.
The series of slurry pumps are innovative in hydraulic design and
structural design. They are characterized by high efficiency,
energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable
structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise and
convenient maintenance.
The volute is an important overcurrent component of the centrifugal
pump [the volute has a great influence on the efficiency of the
pump. The centrifugal pump volute, the main function of the volute
is to collect the water flow from the impeller and keep the water
flow velocity in the volute as a constant by the continuous
increase of the cross section of the water to reduce the head loss.
The volute is used on the pump body, and its function is mainly to
protect the pump body from material damage, and to stabilize the
operation of the equipment and prolong the service life. Usually,
the material conveyed by the slurry pump contains solid particles
of a certain size and some acid-base ions, so the sheath is
subjected to wear and corrosion of the slurry during use.
