5. Furnace Structure
The melting furnace is comprised of furnace body, seat, driving mechanism,
sealing mechanism, burning device, air piping system, temperature control system, etc.The rotary zinc
metal melting furnace takes cogwheel and pin rack driving device. The motor, arrester,
cycloidal pin wheel reducer, and cogwheel are mounted at the lower part of the side furnace.
The foundation should have enough depth and strength to prevent looseness of the furnace seat.
