Packaging&Shipping:

Our poles as normal are covered by Mat or straw bale at the top and bottom and woods between the poles can avoid the damage of the galvanization on the surface of steel poles, anyway also we can follow clients required , The loading capacity of 20GP 40HC or OT/FR will be calculated basing on the clients’ actual specification and data.

Manufacturing:

Raw material: Q235 or Q345 in China. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than 2% We have carbon and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
