LASERPLAST Plastic Laser Welding Machine

LASERPLAST Plastic Laser Welding Machine is an efficient, reliable and cost-effective solution for non-metal welding.

It uses optical fibers, semiconductors or CO2 lasers to weld hot polymer materials along the width range.

Sutiable for welding different materials: PA, PBT, PC, PMMA, ABS, PE, PP, SAN, etc.

Two parts of the same polymer can be welded to reach the best strength, and some different polymers can be welded to gain a certain strength.

Plastic Projection Welding

Projection welding is usually performed using a special band of near-infrared lasers, which can travel through most colourless polymer materials.The welding process occurs on an overlapping lap structure: a suitable coloring (absorption) layer is superimposed under a transparent thermoplastic layer.The laser beam passes through the first layer of material, and the absorption layer at the junction of the two layers absorbs the laser beam radiation and completes the welding.
