This machine has been designed and developed to count & fill different shapes or size of products accurately like soft gel capsules, hard capsules, tablets, sugar coating, and film coating tablets, pills, herb medicine or similar products into containers or vials.

The machine can be adjusted to count capsules or tablets between 1-9999 pcs per bottle without changing spare parts.

2. Vibrating feeding and rotary cutting design, the feeding speed can be adjusted infinitely for manual bottle placement.

3. The inside of the machine is equipped with a dust suction channel, which can be connected to a vacuum cleaner to absorb dust.

4. Photoelectric sensing technology, the particle precision is over 99.7%.

5. No need to change the mold, the tablets and capsules can be adjusted at will.

Working Principle of Tablet Counter Machine

The core working principle of the electronic particle counting machine: using the photoelectric effect principle, when the medicine particles fall, the signal generated by the photoelectric sensor is generated. Operation process: put the bottle (can be

connected to the assembly line) -> bottle conveying (automatic realization of the equipment) -> bottle positioning -> several pieces of filling -> intermittently change the bottle to repeat the above actions.
